honestly speaking i dont know what the sister ahve to do to trigger it, but in some room you can take a key as chelsay.
the item describtion has something about "elevator key, and probably a mistake that hes lying there " in it ( not sure what the word for word description was

There was only a flash of game logo after I opened the game, then it went black. does anyone encountered the same situation?

Chelsea
L1 Tentacle
Take the candle from the basement. Go to the left-side room on the 7th floor. Check the wall (middle-left) and light up the candle.
To exorcise: Get the knife in the laundry room on the 1st floor. Use it to peel off the wallpaper in the left-side room on the 7th floor.
L2 Ghost
At the start, sleep on the bed.
To exorcise: View the news.
L3 Mannequin
Take the ring from the bookshelf in room 12 (lower left) on the 6th floor. Go to room 7 (lower right) on the 3rd floor. Open the door with the password 1969 (you can find this in Melissa’s timeline). Ring the bell.
To exorcise: Before ringing the bell, turn the two mirrors around.
L4 Hands of the Dead
Take the elevator key from the bedside table in room 5 (upper right) on the 3rd floor. Insert the key into the elevator control panel and choose the 3rd floor.
To exorcise: Get the Pentagram bookmark in the attic (through the right-side room) on the 7th floor. Enter the elevator, draw the Pentagram on the door, then insert the key.
R1 Old Cinema
Get the film in the attic (through the right-side room) on the 7th floor. Go to room 10 (upper left) on the 6th floor and turn on the projector.
To exorcise: Get sulfuric acid from the restaurant table on the 4th floor. Use it on the curtain in room 10, then turn on the projector.
R2 Jackal
Go to room 3 (lower right) on the 2nd floor and open the wardrobe.
To exorcise: Go to room 1 (upper right) on the 2nd floor. Check the hint behind the wardrobe, then the wall at the foot of the bed. Follow the hint to get the cross and insert it into the wardrobe door in room 3.
R3 Living Flower
Go to the greenhouse on the 5th floor, stand in the middle (between two bookshelves), and a tentacle plant will appear. Tame it.
To exorcise: Get herbicide from the electrical room on the 5th floor and use it on the tentacle plant in the greenhouse.
R4 Jack-in-the-Box
Go to room 9 (upper right) on the 6th floor and open the scare box.
To exorcise: Get the spring from the bed in room 4 (lower left) on the 2nd floor. Insert it into the scare box in room 9.
Melissa
L1 Hands of the Dead
Press the elevator call button three times in the 3rd-floor hall. (Stand on the button side and don’t enter the elevator.)
To exorcise: In the 5th-floor electrical room, pull down the first and third levers, then reset the elevator system. Press the elevator call button three times in the 3rd-floor hall.
L2 Old Cinema
Turn on the projector in room 10 (upper left) on the 6th floor.
To exorcise: First turn on the spotlight, then the projector.
L3 Jackal
Check the guide behind the wardrobe in room 3 (lower right) on the 2nd floor and follow it to open the door.
To exorcise: After exorcising the tentacle in the basement, take the jar of acid. Use it on the door in room 3 after opening it.
L4 Living Flower
Water the tentacle plants in the 5th-floor greenhouse.
To exorcise: Get plant growth inhibitor from the 2nd-floor washroom and use it on the tentacle plants.
R1 Tentacle
Pour pink liquid on the lab bench in the basement.
To exorcise: Ignite the burner.
R2 Jack-in-the-Box
Shake the scare box in room 9 (upper right) on the 6th floor.
To exorcise: Close the shutter in room 9, get the scare box handle from the bookshelf, and insert it.
R3 Ghost
Stand by the bed in room 8 (lower left) on the 3rd floor, and the ghost will appear. Befriend it.
To exorcise: Use the vacuum cleaner to clean the room.
R4 Mannequin
Turn the handle of the sewing machine in room 7 (lower right) on the 3rd floor.
To exorcise: Open the password box with 20-30-5 to get buttons. Insert them into the mannequin’s eyes. Open both shutters, then turn the sewing machine handle.
Extra Events
Basement Maze:
After dealing with all the ghosts, you’ll be teleported to the basement. The hotel owner will ask for a key. Follow the blue light to find it.
If Melissa loses control: You can rescue her in a room pointed out by the tentacle.
Side Story (Melissa and the Puppeteer):
Encounter the puppeteer in room 7 (lower right) on the 3rd floor and meet him again in room 12 (lower left) on the 6th floor. Escape or lose control (losing is recommended for later recovery). Collect the key in the secret chamber to unlock an Easter egg.
Endings
L1:
Finish the game with Chelsea exorcising all the ghosts while Melissa tamed some.
L2:
Finish the game with Melissa exorcising all the ghosts while Chelsea tamed some.
L3 Chelsea:
Chelsea gets caught by the Rag Man three times during the Wolf Hour.
L4:
Finish the game with both girls taming all the ghosts.
R1 Chelsea:
In the basement maze, approach spider webs on the screen and repeat to get this ending. You won’t get caught by the huge spider on the map.
R2:
Finish the game with both girls exorcising all the ghosts.
R3:
Finish the game with both girls exorcising and taming some ghosts.
R4 Chelsea:
Caught by the hole on the wall trap four times without exorcising or taming the tentacle.
